Kids Jump offers an opportunity for your little one to jump at no cost. One child jumper 6 and under may jump free with purchase of a parent’s jump ticket. Available every Monday-Friday from 1pm-2pm.

Do I Need To Sign A Waiver?
Every guest, whether jumping or observing, must sign a waiver before entering our parks. Waivers can be completed online to expedite your front desk check-in time!
Are Socks Required To Jump?
Yes. We sell special grip socks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure. And you get to keep them after! Because who wants to put on used socks, anyways?
Can I Reuse My Grip Socks?
Yes! Bring back your grip socks to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.
Can I Use My Grip Socks That I Got From Another Trampoline Park?
All jumpers need to have our official DEFY socks – but you can trade in your current grip socks for some of ours for free!
I Have Vip Passes. When Can I Use Them?
VIP Passes are valid for 1-hour of Open Jump time. Open Jump is an all ages jump time. Normal Open Jump times are Monday-Thursday 2pm – 8pm, Friday 2pm – 7pm, Saturday 10am – 7pm, Sunday 10m – 8pm.
VIP passes cannot be used for Kids Jump or Glow Hour. These are separate discount jump times.
I Have A Punch Card. When Can I Use It?
Punch cards are limited time promotions that are run through out the year. Punch cards have an expiration date, printed directly on the card. Items must be used prior to the expiration date. No refunds will be given for lost, stolen or expired cards.
Jump time on punch cards may be redeemed during Open Jump only. Open Jump is an all ages jump time. Normal Open Jump hours are Monday – Thursday 2pm – 8pm, Friday 2pm – 7pm, Saturday 10am – 7pm, Sunday 10am – 8pm.
Do I Need To Buy My Tickets Before Coming To The Park?
You can buy your tickets at the park, but the only way to guarantee your jump time is by purchasing your tickets online. There is no guarantee we will have available spots when you arrive to the park if your tickets were not pre-purchased.
Do I Need To Pay If I Am Just Going To Watch My Kids Jump?
Nope! Observers can go into the park free of charge – but even observers need to fill out a waiver first!

Is There An Age Limit For Admittance?
All ages (young and old) are welcome at DEFY. Because limits aren’t really our thing.
Can I Leave A Child Unattended At A Defy Park?
Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone at the park and must attend with parent or guardian supervision.
Do You Sell Food And Drinks?
Yes, at select parks! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or dives into the foam pit.
Is Defy Open On Holidays?
We are open on almost every holiday! Be sure to check the home page of the website or our social media pages for regular updates regarding hours and closures.
Does Defy Have Wi-fi?
YES. Defy Sparks does have free Wi-Fi on site.
