How Do I Book A Group Event?
You can book with our Event Coordinator by chatting with us live or calling the park and selecting option 2 or 3.
What Happens During Check-in?
Please arrive 25-30 min early. The front desk will check in and help get all guests checked in and admitted to the main arena for jumping.
Who Needs Waivers And How Do We Sign?
All jumpers AND observers need a signed waiver. Electronic waivers are active for 1 year. If under age 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be completed online before your party at https://defy.com/waiver/
When Can I Schedule A Group Rate?
Group rates for 15 or more jumpers can be scheduled with our event coordinator up to 24-hours prior to your flight time.
