How Can I Book My Party?

BOOK ONLINE: Online booking must be made at least 10 days in advance, if trying to book a party within 10 days from now you will have to book your party over the phone.

Who Should I Include As A Birthday Jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to all park attractions. Members do not participate for free at birthday parties and must be included in the jumper total if they plan to participate. If someone wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper. The minimum number of jumpers for a party is 10.

Can I Add Jumpers Later?

Yes. Contact your Event Coordinator at least 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Is The Birthday Child Free?

Yes, The birthday child is FREE for Classic, Premium, Ultimate and Glow parties!

How Old Do I Have To Be To Have My Birthday At Defy?

All ages are welcome to celebrate their birthday at DEFY!

What Time Is Check-in For Birthday Parties?

All your guests will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time (make sure to include this on your invites!). This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verify waivers and store any personal items.

What Happens During Check-in?

First you will be greeted by your party host! Waivers will be verified; you will receive wrist bands and grip socks and items that will go to the party room will be placed on a cart specifically for your group. After everyone is checked in you will be asked to pay the remaining balance. Anything added during the party and tips can be paid at the completion of the party.

When Do I Have Access To The Party Room?

The party room is available for the entire duration of the party (after check-in time).

What Does The Party Host Do?

Your party host will ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They will assist with the cake and decoration set-up, food and beverages during the time in the party room and clean-up.

How Big Are The Party Rooms? How Many People Will They Fit?

Al though party packages come standard with 10 Jumper tickets, Our Standard rooms can hold up to 30 people to accommodate your guests that may not be jumping as well as the jumpers. Our Large rooms hold up to 40 people. Our tables for the Classic Party hold 20.

Do You Provide Paper Goods?

Yes. We provide plates, cups, napkins and utensils for all guests!

What If I Want Themed Plates, Cups, Napkins, Etc?

You may bring themed items. Let your Event Coordinator know what items you will be bringing and what items you would like us to provide.

How Many Pizzas And Sodas Are Included In The Price?

With the Premium, Ultimate and Glow party packages, 1 large pizza and 1 pitcher (or 2L bottle) of soda is provided for every 5 jumpers. The Classic party package does not include pizza or drinks but you may add food on.

Can I Purchase Additional Pizza And Drinks?

Yes. Contact your Event Coordinator at least 48 hours prior to your party to purchase additional pizza and drinks.

Can I Bring My Own Snacks Or Food?

Yes you can! Please let your party host if you have any food that needs to be refrigerated or heated up for your time in the party room.

Who Needs Waivers And How Do We Sign?

All jumpers AND observers need a signed waiver. Electronic waivers are active for 1 year. If under age 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be completed online before your party HERE.

Do You Offer Customizations, Add-ons Or Upgrades To Parties?

Yes. You can select a pre-set party package, add-on additional items, or fully customize your party package with our Event Coordinator to accommodate your needs.

Is There A Birthday Party Discount For Members?

Yes! Our Flight Club memberships have a 10% discount on all regular priced parties. Ask your Event Coordinator for details on how to apply your member discount.

What If There Is More Than One Birthday Guest?

We always want to acknowledge guests celebrating their birthday, so please tell your Event Coordinator the names and ages of all those celebrating a birthday at DEFY.

Is A Deposit Required To Make A Birthday Reservation?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total price of your birthday party package.

When Do I Pay The Rest Of My Balance?

During check-in the day of your event

If I Need To Cancel My Party, Can I?

You may cancel your party for a full refund up to 7 days prior to your party. You may cancel within 7 days but you will not receive a refund. We are more than happy to reschedule your party if you cancel within the 7-days (subject to availability).

What Do I Need To Do To Reschedule My Party?

Please contact your Event Coordinator for any party rescheduling. All parties need to be rescheduled a minimum of 2 weeks out so we can be sure to have a dedicated party host available for you. Contact via email, parties@defy.com OR by phone (775) 624-9989, option 2.

Can I Use A Vip Pass For Birthday Jump Time?

No, VIP passes are valid for Open Jump flight tickets only and not for special events like Glow Hour, Kids Jump, or Birthday parties.
