How Long Will My Monthly Membership Price Last?
Per our terms and conditions, your monthly membership price will be locked for the duration of your membership.
What Is A Parent Add-on Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Extra Play Monthly Membership or Elite Membership so that the parent or legal guardian can enjoy 2 hours of jump time per visit alongside their minor child who is enrolled as an Extra Play or Elite Monthly Member for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.
Can I Cancel Anytime?
Yes! The membership is month-to-month. Just give us a heads up of at least 3 business days and we’ll process the cancellation. You’ll still have access to all the awesome membership benefits and perks until your cancellation date.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
All cancellations must be submitted for the Park location where your membership is active.
STEP 1: On this page, click “Find a Park” and choose your location.
STEP 2: Scroll and press the “Cancel My Membership” button, and either sign in to continue or fill out the cancellation form.
