Are There Requirements To Participate In Glow?

Yes. A GLOW shirt and Grip Socks must be worn in order to jump. A GLOW shirt is included with each ticket and can be re-used for future GLOW sessions.

A valid waiver is required for jumpers and observers.

What Are Your Hours?

GLOW is currently available on Fridays and Saturdays at participating locations. GLOW hours are from 8pm – 10pm.

Is There An Age Limit For Admittance?

All ages (young and old) are welcome at Defy. Because limits aren’t really our thing.

Are Socks Required To Jump?

Yes. We sell special grip socks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure. And you get to keep them after! Because who wants to put on used socks, anyways?

Can I Reuse My Grip Socks?

Yes! Bring back your grip socks to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.

Terms And Conditions - Glow Tickets

GLOW is a separately ticketed special event held at participating Defy locations. Availability, scheduling, and event format may vary by location. GLOW tickets are required for all participants during designated GLOW hours.

Event requirements:

  • All participants must wear GLOW t-shirts or other designated clothing.
  • Grip Socks are required to jump and are sold separately.
  • All participants must have a valid waiver on file in order to access Defy facilities.
  • Age and height restrictions may apply based on park attractions

Additional Terms and Conditions:

  • Tickets are valid only for the specified GLOW event date and time selected at purchase.
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
  • Event capacity is limited; tickets may sell out.
  • Attractions and features available during GLOW may vary by location and may be closed without notice for maintenance or other purposes.
  • Guests may be asked to leave a Defy park’s premises in the event that guests violate any safety rules or other park requirements.

Offer: Active Defy members are eligible to receive 50% off GLOW tickets at participating locations.

Eligibility:

  • Offer valid only for active members with a current, paid Defy membership at the time of purchase.
  • Membership status may be verified at time of booking or at check-in.
  • Offer valid for member’s ticket only; additional guests must purchase regular-priced tickets unless otherwise eligible.

How to redeem: Discount may be applied online or at-park where supported. Member must log in with the associated membership account or present proof of membership in park.
