Is There A Minimum Commitment For Memberships?
No. Membership’s are month-to-month and will auto-renew each month on the date of purchase. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at [email protected] at least three days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for an additional month.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
All cancellations must be submitted via email at [email protected] and MUST specify the name(s) of all memberships you wish to cancel. You must cancel at least three business days before your renewal date to avoid an additional month’s charge.
Does My Child Age 0-2 Need A Ticket Or Membership To Jump?
As with all tickets and memberships, one (1) child age 0-2 may jump free of charge with a paying adult (age 18+). So get yourself a membership and one child age 0-2 can jump along with you. Jump socks are required for all jumpers.
I Don't See A Ticket Option Just For Children Ages 2 And Younger. Do They Need A Ticket?
Yes. Everyone who is jumping needs a ticket. One (1) child, two and younger, jumps free with a paying adult (ages 18+). To get tickets, please select the “Adult +1 child age 0-2” option. This will provide an admission ticket for both the adult and one (1) child age two and younger.
I Thought Jumpers, Ages 2 And Younger, Could Jump Free With Any Paid Ticket. What Changed?
We take the safety of our guests very seriously at DEFY Eugene. In order to help our youngest jumpers (ages 2 and younger) be safe and have a good time, we now require that a responsible adult (ages 18+) accompany their toddler(s) at all times. Of course, jumpers ages 2 and younger jump free with a paid adult ticket or membership. Jump socks are required for ALL jumpers.
Are Defy Grip Socks Required To Jump?
Yes, for both safety and cleanliness measures. We also accept socks from our corporate partners SkyZone and Rock n’ Jump. Don’t have a pair? No problem. Each pair is just $3 and they are yours to keep.
Do I Need To Sign A Waiver To Visit?
YES! Every guest, whether jumping or observing, must sign a waiver before entering our parks. Waivers can be completed at the park or online by clicking the waiver link in the main menu to expedite your front desk check-in time! Waivers completed digitally are typically valid for one year from date of submission. Do you need a printable waiver (paper waiver is only valid for a single visit)? Click for English or Spanish
I'm Just Observing. Do I Need A Waiver And Flight Ticket?
Yes, on the waiver. No, on the ticket. Everyone who enters the arena (play area) must have a valid liability waiver on file and check in at the front desk to receive an observer wristband, but there is no cost for an observer. So, come on out and watch everyone have a great time!
Is There An Age Limit To Use Your Attractions?
While we have age limits on a few of our park attractions for safety, ALL ages (young and old) are welcome at DEFY. Because limits aren’t really our thing.
Can I Leave A Child Unattended At A Defy Park?
Children ages 6 and under must be under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Under Oregon law, it is unlawful to leave a child under age 10 anywhere without a parent or guardian supervision. At DEFY we recommend that a responsible adult remain at the facility with any children fifteen years of age and younger. Children 2 and under jump free with a paying adult (ages 18+).
Do You Sell Food Or Drinks?
We have a variety of snacks and drinks available in our vending machines conveniently located in our main lobby. Outside food and drinks are not allowed for health and food safety reasons except in our party rooms (some restrictions apply). No food is allowed in the arena. Drinks with lids are permitted in the arena, but not on the attractions. We also have a drinking fountain and a bottle filler so bring your hydro to stay hydrated between back flips and stunt falls.
